Test call
Try the agent with its current settings, before callers do.
Talk to the agent
Call the agent from this browser and talk to it yourself.
Agent to agent
Another agent calls this one, and you listen in. It ends after 5 minutes, or when you hang up.
Not sure the agent will say a word right? Describe it, get it with niqqud (vowel marks), and use that spelling in the details.
Each service the business offers, in its own section of the agent's instructions. Fill in only what applies: empty fields are left out. In the lists, write one item a line.
No services yet.
The agent knows each website's summary on every call, and searches its full text during calls for anything else. Changes here are saved at once.

Only the business's admins change these.
When the AI passes a call on to a person, and to which number.
Calls from these numbers go straight to the number calls are forwarded to, without the AI, for all the business's agents. They all count in Billing. On Shabbat and holidays, a business closed then is closed to them too. Changes are saved at once.
No number to forward calls to is set (on the Forwarding tab), so the AI answers these calls too.
Partners
Recorded and transcribed, like any call forwarded to a person. Shown in the Log, but not in its statistics.
Family
Never in the Log, never recorded or transcribed, and they don't hear the recording notice.
Active customers
Customers you're in the middle of something with. Recorded and transcribed, and shown in the Log and its statistics. Each number is removed by itself after 14 days. You can also add or remove one from a call in the Log.
The opening hours are the agent's, on the Opening hours tab. Without any, the business counts as always open. Its closed dates count as closed. With “at any time” on (the AI is off), these calls always go to the person.
Calls Log
Every call, newest first, in Israel time, 20 to a page. Click a call to see its summary and transcript.
Every call so far, in Israel time. Narrow them down with the filters; click a status or a topic to see only its calls. Test calls are left out.
GPT compares each new call with the data the AI had on it, and lists what to improve in the data: questions it has no answer to, wrong answers, answers and advice that aren't in it, and things it forbids, each with a recommendation on how to fix it. Each call is analyzed once; test calls aren't. Click an issue to see the calls it was found in.
Billing
Packages
Calls are sold in monthly packages. A package is charged in full from its first minute; if a month's calls go past it, another package of the same size starts. Unused minutes don't carry over. Prices are before VAT.
Package manager
What a minute costs us, and the packages every business can be put on: each one's minutes and price a month, and what an extra minute costs. Businesses with their own prices aren't changed.
Our cost
Packages
Bills are worked out from the prices when they're shown, so a change applies to the months already billed too.
How the Packages page shows them
What a package would cost us and earn, at a month's unit costs (the Costs page's Unit costs and pricing tab). Nothing here is saved.
Agents
Each agent answers its own phone number, with its own voice, documents and forwarding. Pick one in the side menu to set it up.
Phone admins
Calls from these numbers, to any of the business's agents, are told they're recognized as admins. By asking, they can change the agent's details, and turn forwarding every call on or off. The agent repeats each change, and saves it only after they confirm. Their calls are test calls.
Costs
What AWS, Twilio and OpenAI billed for the calls of a month, a day or a range of days, from their billing APIs, in US dollars, and what it paid for (open a service). Updated every 30 minutes, AWS every 6 hours. AWS and OpenAI lag about a day, so the last day looks low. Days are in UTC. Per minute leaves out voice samples and the phone numbers' rental.
By feature
By business
What each part of a call cost us in these days, divided by its own minutes, to price packages by. A client's minute is a minute of a phone call, on the caller's line: the AI answers part of it, and a person the part that's forwarded.
Cost per unit
A client's minute
Each kind of minute, made of the units above. The fixed costs are spread over this period's phone call minutes, so they come down as calls grow.
Each business's mix
Phone minutes are the callers' lines; forwarded, the part a person took. Cost: a phone minute at the business's own mix, with recording, transcripts and summaries, and the fixed costs' share. Pays: what it paid a phone minute this month, in its own currency, before VAT.
Businesses
Each business has its own agents, call log, prices and users. Pick one at the top of the side menu to see or change its pages.
Users
Everyone who has one of your businesses, whichever business is picked in the side menu, with their role in each.
Numbers
Our Twilio numbers, and which agent has each. Give a number to an agent on the Agents page. Only super admins see this page.
Calls from these numbers are always test calls, in every business: hidden in the Calls Log unless “Show test calls” is on, and left out of its statistics. Calls from this page, agent-to-agent calls and calls from our agents' own numbers are always test calls too. Billing still counts them. Only super admins and resellers see this page; resellers see the numbers they added.
LLM
The AI model, and what the agent is told to do on every call. Only super admins see this page. Saved changes apply to the next call.
Admin Settings
Super admins, and resellers for their businesses, see this page.
What each of the business's agents can learn from, on the Knowledge base's Online, Documents and Services tabs. Only super admins change these.
